Sycamore Restorative Massage is founded for individuals who are looking for alternative way to help with their muscle pain or discomfort.  The session is focused on balancing posture and movement of the neck, shoulders and low back, by relaxing tight affected muscle group through the use of advanced massage modalities.  The benefits of these sessions are pain relief, improve postures, increased in range of motion, decreased stress on ligaments and joints, improved circulation and feel less fatigue so your body will have the time to relax and heal itself.

Founder of Sycamore Restorative Massage:  I have been a massage therapist and health educator since 2009.  I graduated from National Holistic Institute in San Jose, CA. and received a Certificate Letter of Excellence in Clinical Massage Therapy program. My training and expertise emphasizes the Eastern and Western Modalities with focused on massage science and contraindications.   I have successfully helped and continue helping many individuals with acute and chronic muscle pain for more than 10 years all over Central Coast, Bay area and Tri-Valley, specializing in neck, shoulders and back pain relief.
